I bought a product and don't know how to use it?
Generally, in the description of each product, we provide suggested use; please follow the instructions.
Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, you can call from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern USA time at (786) 446.8514.
Where is my order?
Once you place an order, within 24 to 72 hours, you will receive an email indicating that your order is on its way, and in that email, a tracking number will be provided for you to monitor your order.
Delivery Time
Our delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. These times may vary depending on the volume of orders we have.
I made my first purchase, and the discount was not applied.
Discounts are not applied automatically; the customer needs to enter the discount coupon to receive them.
I don't know how to apply my coupon.
When you have all the products in your cart, follow these steps:
Proceed to Checkout
On the next screen, select Show Order Summary at the top.
A new screen will appear, and you can enter your coupon there.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
Yes, you can pay by selecting the PayPal express payment option and checking out as a guest. There, you can enter your card details.
Can I pay with gift cards?
You can pay with any gift card as long as it has the MasterCard or Visa symbols.
I can't pay with my card?
This usually happens when the address associated with the card is different. Whether you've moved or want the products to be delivered to a different address, like an office or a relative's house, the system allows you to enter a shipping address and a billing address, which should match the one associated with the bank. Otherwise, the system won't process it.
My order was charged two or three times?
Sometimes, due to internet connection issues, the system may send notifications that the order was paid two or three times. Don't worry, as you can only be charged once for a single order. Check if the charges are marked as Pending. Once the bank recognizes that it was a single order, the duplicate charges created in error will disappear, and you'll see your money in your account.
Is it safe to pay online?
Our system is very secure.
Why am I being charged or sent a product I didn't order?
Some customers accidentally select the subscription option during the purchase and may not read the conditions. Please ensure you've selected a one-time purchase; this is the default option.
What if I subscribed by mistake?
If you subscribed by mistake, you can email us at shop@carsonlife.com to request the cancellation of the subscription. Orders that have already been processed cannot be refunded as they are en route to their destination.
